Direct Stereoselective Synthesis of 1-Amino-2,5-diarylcyclohexanecarboxylic Acid Derivatives Based on a [5+1] Annulation of Divinyl Ketone and Isocyanoacetate

[摘要]：A 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU)-catalyzed stereoselective [5+1] annulation of divinyl ketones and isocyanoacetate was disclosed, which provided a facile and efficient route to 1-amino-2,5-diarylcyclohexanecarboxylic acids as novel constrained cyclohexane analogues of phenylalanine.
