Synthesis of Mangiferin, Isomangiferin, and Homomangiferin

[摘要]：Mangiferin, isomangiferin, and homomangiferin, the xanthone C-glycosides with a wide spectrum of pharmacological effects, were synthesized concisely, featuring a C-glycosylation of a xanthene derivative with perbenzyl-glucopyranosyl N-phenyltrifluoroacetimidate.
