Selenium and tellurium chalcogenides as mild and efficient reducing agents for alpha-halo ketones

[摘要]：Bis(triphenylstannyl) selenide (2) and bis(terr-butyldimethylsilyl) telluride (3) are two new reagents which in the presence of fluoride ion and under mild conditions, effectively promote the dehalogenation of alpha-halo ketones.
